Tonite members took are ride over to Mill Creek Middle School where operators practiced with the pumps on the two new engines. Operators were provided the opportunity to utilize Engine 33 / Tanker 3 as a supply pumper drafting out of our of the 3,000 portable pond. After completion of the drafting evolution their was also and opportunity to work with Engine 31 on a attack line evolution. Operators had to deploy a 1 3/4" preconnect and the 3" blue blaster. While flowing both of these lines Engine 33 operators opened a 4" LDH to supply Engine 31 from the portable pond. The new trucks performed amazingly and all the operators had a great time getting familiar with these new trucks.
