The Patuxent Panthers made their way to the championship game at M&T Stadium on December 5, 2012. To pave the way to Baltimore we had many family and friends to support and cheer them on as they took the long ride to play Walkerville. Members from the Solomons Volunteer Rescue Squad and Fire Department lead them out of our first due area with additional support from St. Leonard Fire Department and Rescue Squad, CALS, Prince Frederick VFD, Huntingtown VFD and the Sheriff's office. The Chic-Filet Cow even made an appearance holding the Panther Paw to show support to our team. Further north in the County we had help from the remaining departments taking them to the county line, so they could finish their trip to Baltimore and... They came home state CHAMPS!!!!!
