At 19:17 hour units for Solomons and surrounding company's were toned out for Area Box 706 at 6768 Aralia Ave for the working dwelling fire. First arriving units from St. Leonard reported heavy fire throughout the basement and division 1. Initial crews attempted to make an interior attack they were pushed back by the heavy fire conditions and Evacuation tones were sounded due to floor collapse. As 3rd arriving Engine 31 laid a secondary supply line to the scene from Tanker 3 which was establishing portable tank operations. The engine and tanker crews operated for about 2 hours assisting with extinguishment and overhaul operations.
