First Due Fire: Lisa Lane

At approximately 2114 hrs units from Solomons and neighboring departments were dispatched to a working house fire on Lisa Ln in Lusby. Engine 31 arrived on location on side Alpha advising they had fire through the roof. Chief 3A arrived on scene and took command. As crews entered the location they found that the fire was mostly contained in the attic of the residence. Crews began pulling ceiling and worked at getting a knock on the fires. During this time several solar panels where found and removed in order to gain access to the fire. Units on scene continued to overhaul and extinguish hot spots at the residence for approximately 45 minutes. Command was terminated at 2355 hrs and all units returned to service.
