At approximately 0730 hrs a long fun day for the Solomons Volunteers start. The volunteers manned the pieces and headed down to Solomons Island for the 2017 Dragon Boat races. It was a great day hanging out with the community and cheering on the various boats that were racing.

Later that evening we had our 4th annual Tiki Bar Luau where many people of the community joined us celebrating the races and winners.
