Today Solomons VRSFD held their annual fire prevention open house. On this day we welcome the community down to the station to bring awareness to the services our department provides. There were many activities that the children of the community had the opportunity to participate in. In addition to seeing the new equipment the community has contributed to in our department, the volunteers demonstrated some of the skills that have been taught within the department that help protect our community. We would like to thank the many people who made this event possible and look forward to Open House 2015.
