After assisting one of our community members with an accidental misfortune, the Volunteers from Solomons once again gave back to their community. After seeing that his bicycle was destroyed in the mishap the Department came together and invited the young lad and his family to the station for a little birthday surprise. To his smiles he was given a new bicycle and helmet and a few lessons on biker’s safety. Thank you to family for allowing us to help out in the time of need and thank you for supporting our department. As always we are “Volunteer Proud to Serve”.
