Today members gathered for some training on the Holmatro tools which were purchased in recent years. In the last couple of years Solomons has phased out their Amkus hydraulic rescue tools with a more local brand Holmatro. Several times a years their reps visit our facility to ensure we are utilizing the tools to their fullest potential. Today began with a classroom session reviewing the various tools and their usage. Later on members went outside and put their classroom training to real world practical use. The volunteers would like to thank Holmatro for taking the time on their Saturday to conduct this drill with them.
