At approximately 1429 hrs Solomons Volunteers and neighboring departments were alerted to an auto accident reported serious. Since Engine 21 was clearing a station fill in at the station they were also added to the call. Upon arrival two cars were found in a T-Bone accident with both patients needing serious medical attention. Crews worked diligently to free the trapped victims and transport them to the awaiting helo for transport to the local trauma center. Volunteers operated for approximately an hour clearing at 1542.
