Mutual Aide to Saint Marys for Fully Involved House Fire

At 1142 hrs the Solomons Volunteers were alerted to a fully involved house fire in Hollywood in Saint Marys county. Promptly Engine 31, Tanker 3, and Truck 3 responded. Due to it's vicinity to the Patuxent River Boat 3 was dispatched for additional water supply. Upon arrival Engine 31 assumed drafting operations and deployed it hard suction selves into the portable pond in order to supply ground based master steams as Boat 3 supplied Truck 7's ladder pipe operations. Tanker 3 assumed its roll in tanker shuttles. The volunteers worked for over three hrs on extinguishing the fire. All units returned at 1518 hrs
