Today members proudly drove Solomons Truck 3 to the Maryland State Fire Convention in Ocean City for one last ride in the convention parade. Truck 3 has won several awards for best appearing aerial at the convention over the years and sadly this will be the last convention it will be participating in due to its replacement next year. We are happy to announce that the judges awarded Truck 3 two awards this year Second Best Appearing Antique Apparatus (Over 25 Years), and a Judges Award.

The Solomons Volunteers would like to thank the convention committee member for the awards and honoring Truck 3's last convention ride.
