Thomas Johnson Bridge Fatal

At approximately 0037 hrs the Solomons Volunteers were alerted to a MVA on the Thomas Johnson Bridge reported at serious. Upon arrival Squad 3 found a head-on collision with both patients heavily entrapped. Once patient had was pounced deceased on scene while crews from both Solomons and Hollywood Volunteer Fire Department worked hard and rapidly to extricate the second patient. The second patient was transported via Trooper 7 to a local trauma center. Shortly after crew assisted with clean up of the scene and went in service.
