Please join us in congratulating Destiny O'Donnell for being in our Member Spotlight for the month of July.

Destiny joined SVRSFD about 2 years ago. She has a passion that drives her to bring love and care to the community. The ability to help and provide care for someone in need is the end reward. "I love being a volunteer and knowing I’m doing something good for people in my community with my spare time."

Being a volunteer has taught Destiny so much about how to approach stressful situations, remain calm, and talk to individuals who are worried about their loved one. With the need of the support in the community Destiny is proud to help. "Solomons is like a family to me and I know if I ever need them they will have my back."

Destiny recently graduated from Patuxent High School and will be leaving for boot camp with the United States Army soon and we will miss her while she is gone. However, we know her drive, passion, and spirit will be an asset to them; while we also look forward to having her back on her return.
