At approximately 1531 Rescue squad 3 was Dispatched to the TJ bridge for a report of a motor vehicle collision with subjects trapped. Rescue Squad 3 arrived on location confirming a head on collision with 2 vehicles, with one trapped in each. Squad 3 began a side blowout on one vehicle. While extraction began on the first vehicle, St.Mary’s Rescue engine 92 began extraction of the second. Extraction was completed in under 10 minutes for Rescue squad 3, with rescue engine 92 finishing there Extraction momentarily later. Both patients were flown to local trauma center
