Busy medical day at Solomons
APRIL 29
- While two crews were in Cobb Island for the day at the Southern MD Parade one crew stayed back at the station and had a fairly quite day until about 1600. When crews from Solomons got busy running seven back to back medical calls. Two of these calls resulted in a fly outs to local trauma centers for further evaluation. - The members of Solomons and units headed to Cobb Island in Charles County for the 65th Annual Southern MD Volunteer Firemans Parade. A Busy Day of Work in the Southend
APRIL 28
- At 1311 after a few morning runs, units from Solomons and surrounding companies were alerted to El Segundo Lane for a reported shed fire. Members from Solomons turned out Engine 31, 33 and the Ladder Company with 15 personeEl. Engine 33 arrived on location with Chief 3A and found a 12x16 shed well involved. Morning Accident and Water Flowing
APRIL 28
- Around 0900 units from Solomons and St.Leonard were alerted to Big Sandy Run Rd for a auto accident . Units arrived to find a 2 vehicle side collision. Units packaged one pt for transport to the hospital for further evaluation. At 1103 am Engine 31 and Truck 3 responded to The Solomons Pier Resturant for the water flow alarm.
