Ambulance 39 Mid-point Inspection

Today several of the Solomons Volunteers drove out to PL Custom in Delaware to conduct the mid-point inspection on Ambulance 39. Ambulance 39 is ETA to be delivered in the beginning of November when it will get it lettering and mural placed on the unit at the station. National Fire Prevention Month

Every year in October the Solomons Volunteers observe a full month for Fire Prevention. During this time we go to the elementary schools, churches, and more spreading the news of the importance of Fire Prevention. We also hold our annual Open House which is a day of fun events for children of all ages at our station.

Today the Solomons Volunteers conducted their annual open house for the community. All of our equipment was opened up for all of the community to see including our newest Ambulance 37 and our UTV.
