At the November Business Meeting the Officers and Members were honored with placing in service our new Brush Truck (Brush 3). It is tradition that at the completion of the unit officially being placed in service over the radio by Calvert Communications the unit is pushed into the building by the members. Fire Lt Hargrave was at the wheel of the unit as he was the chair of the committee that specified the new unit.

Brush 3 is a built on a 2021 Ford F550 chassis. It has a 300-gal water tank with a 380 GPM Pump and dual hose reels. The truck was custom built by Skeeter Brush Trucks out of Texas in association with Atlantic Emergency Solutions.

This new Brush unit will proudly serve the citizens for Calvert County for many years to come!
