At 0517 units from Solomons and surrounding companies were alerted to 139 Cove Point Road for the mobile home fire next to a residence. A member on his way to work actually made the 911 call and advised Calvert 911 of a working fire which was entending to the side of the residence. With this information Chief 3B while enroute to the scene had Calvert start a working fire dispatch. Engine 34 arrived on the scene and performed an aggressive attack knocking down the majority of the fire before the arrival of other responding units. Command was established and held by Chief 3B. After the initial knock operations were scaled down holding only units from Company 3, 7 and Engine 22.
