Truck and Engine Run 2nd Alarm Fire in Tall Timbers

At approximately 1256 hrs St. Marys County communications struck the second alarm on a working marina fire. Truck 3 and Engine 34 responded with 8 volunteers. Engine and Truck Run Working Fire in St. Leonard

At approximately 2145 hrs Calvert County communications received multiple 911 calls for a reported house on fire. Chief 7 arrived and advised of a two-story single family dwelling with fire showing from divisions 1 and 2. Vehicle Fire

Just after 1800 hours the Solomons Volunteers were alerted to a possible vehicle fire in the 12000 block of Algonquin Trail. Lieutenant 3 arrived to find a small SUV well involved. Engine 31 arrived and deployed an attack line and made quick work of the fire. Command 3 as well as Brush 3 arrived to assist Engine 31. Units were on scene for around 45 minutes. ... Solomons Volunteers attended the Southern Maryland Volunteer Fireman's Association Convention parade with Engine 34, Engine 33, Truck 3, and Utility 3 pulling UTV 3. Departments from all over the Southern Maryland area spent numerus hours preparing their apparatus to be judged for awards as well as participating in competitions to display their skills and abilities as Firefighters and EMS Providers. ... At 2346 hrs units from Solomons were alerted to the 12000 block of Bullwhip Trail in the Ranch Club for a SUV into a home. Units from Company 3 arrived on location to find a SUV had collided into the garage area of a single family home.
