Pumper Tanker and Truck respond to Stove Fire

In the early afternoon crews from Solomons were toned out for a grease fire within the first due. Pumper Tanker 3 and the Truck 3 arrived on location to find a small fire in the kitchen of the residence. Crews made quick work of extinguishing the fire. Comfort Station Fire

At 1150 hrs Solomons was alerted to a 1st due fire at the Navy Rec Center. Engine 31 first arrived and pulled up to a 25x30 bath house with fire thru the roof on the Bravo/Charlie side. Engine 31's crew advanced a crosslay to the building to find the ceiling of plywood involved. Tanker Goes To First Fire of the Year

At 0156 hours Solomons Pumper/Tanker 33 was alerted to the Wildwood Community in St.Marys County for a House Fire. First arriving crews found a two story home with basement fire showing on sides Bravo, Charlie and thru the roof. Tanker crew while enroute were tasked with RIT responsibility and ended up operating on division one shortly after arrival opening up walls and knocking the rest of the fire. ...
