At 1640 hrs units from Solomons and surrounding stations were alerted to the 11600 block of Cowpoke Circle within the Ranch Club for the reported garage fire. First arriving units from Solomons found a two story home with an attached garage under heavy fire. Crews from Solomons quickly went to work containing the fire to the garage with minor extension to the second floor. Crews assisted the Maryland State Fire Marshals Office with their investigation before returning to service approximately two hours later.
