At 0300 hours Calvert Control sounded area box 704 alerting units from St.Leonard, and surrounding companies to 1585 Highland Terrace in Calvert Beach for a brush fire close to a residence. Moments after dispatch Chief 2B (Prince Frederick VFD) arrived on the scene advising he had a single family dewelling with a working structure fire on Side Charlie . Tanker 3 responed on the inital assignment arriving shortly after first arriving units and picked up the first arriving engines line. Truck 3 Responed on the working fire dispatch and operated as the R.I.T. Solomons units cleared the scene in just over an hour.
