Jason Bretz has been a member of the SVRSFD since 2021. Bretz is currently a sergeant for the fire side. Bretz is being recognized as our officer of the month for October! Bretz has recently, in the last year, begun driving our large fire apparatus and has been tirelessly learning everything he can about driving and being able to further support our community by adding qualifications to his repertoire. Bretz can be found around the station performing apparatus checks, helping younger members complete their probationary books by performing skills, and driving and riding fire apparatus to calls in our first due to provide service to our community. Bretz frequently says in at night to provide nighttime staffing.
Bretz is a valuable asset to our department and a valued member of our SVRSFD family. We are proud of him and lucky to have him here every day!
